Five co-owners of a lucky ticket holders in Finland scooped the EuroJackpot jackpot that had rolled over to its jackpot cap amount on Friday evening. The lucky Finnish jackpot winners had a perfect win with 5+2 match, matching five correct numbers out of 50, plus another two numbers out of ten.

Even though we saw a EuroJackpot win back on April, 14, 2017, the jackpot was 86,970,702.80, which means that Friday night’s Finnish win holds the record as the biggest Finnish EuroJackpot win in history, and comes in at second place overall.

The title as the biggest Eurojackpot win, also at €90 million but with a Pound equivalent of 81,022,500.00, which is higher than Friday night’s 79,744,500.00 equivalent on Friday by the Fins.

The five co-owners of Friday night’s EuroJackpot top prize win will split the prize money, which works out to 18 million euros each.

The win was the fourteenth time a notable Eurojackpot win has gone to Finland since the transnational European lottery was launched in March 2012.

The jackpot is now set back to its minimum jackpot amount at 10 million Euros and can roll over up to 90 million Euros. !

The good new though, for euro lotto lovers, is that the EuroMillions Superdraw is just around the corner, taking place on February, 23, 2018. With the guaranteed jackpot expected to be in the region of €100 million and even on occasion up to €130 million – there will be more than enough to claim and instantly change your lives for the better.

Eurojackpot is one of Europe’s biggest and most popular lotteries, available in 14 European countries. Thanks to the internet EuroJackpot enthusiasts are able to play the EuroJackpot online from anywhere in the world.

Just like the US Powerball, UK Lottery and the Mega Millions usa lotto game, so too did the Eurojackpot undergo format game changes back in October, 2014 – which is why the jackpots got bigger and the game got that much more exciting!
