The system will automatically use your available vouchers once you have added and confirmed your entries.

Another option that is available to you is to convert your winnings to Play Credits, which can be used to play any of the lotteries on offer. Follow the process above but at step 4, select REPLENISH FUNDSand follow the prompts from there.

If you would like to withdraw your winnings simply click on the CASH WITHDRAWAL button once you have completed steps 1-3 and follow the prompts on screen.

We cannot supply tickets for the draw after close-off, which is set a substantial time prior to the official cut-off time to allow our ticket purchases to be completed by our staff in each location. By default, the website automatically displays the next available draw date after close-off time. You will immediately be sent your "Confirmation of Entry" by email and PlayUKinternet will not be liable for losses incurred by lack of performance by players' internet service providers.

Owing to the fact that ticket purchases are queued in batches, and printed within an hour of purchase, we can no longer allow refunds on tickets for the next available draws. The only potential refunds or order alterations we can allow would be in the event of a span, for which the entry is not yet active. In this event, the entry will not have been purchased, and can therefore be amended.

Vouchers can be added to your account for a number of reasons e.g.

   1. We may have added vouchers to your account
   2. You may have converted your winnings to vouchers
   3. You may have received vouchers as a result of a promotion.

However your vouchers have been obtained, they can be used at any point to purchase entries into the lottery for which they have been issued. To make use of your vouchers, simply logon to the site and select your numbers in the usual manner either by using the quickpick function or by making a manual selection.

Our system automatically uses any available vouchers to pay for entries where applicable. The life-cycle of an entry begins with the submission of your playslip at a UK/US/European retailer. It is then entered directly into an official Lottery terminal. Your numbers are then transmitted via the communications network to the central computer system. Your numbers are printed out on the retailer terminal and the entry ticket given to the PlayUKinternet representative. It is then taken to the secure PlayUKinternet office and locked in a safe until after the relevant draw. A confirmation of the purchase will be emailed to you prior to the draw. If a player is a winner, a claim will be made on their behalf and they will be paid out accordingly.

As a ticket purchasing service, we physically have to line up to purchase tickets. This means that we employ staff throughout the relevant jurisdictions to purchase those tickets, meaning that we do not necessarily purchase from the same place on a regular basis. It all depends on the amount of tickets purchased, and the availability of terminals to complete our orders. Some states in the US require a predetermined marking of the playslip to indicate the preference of the jackpot payout (cash amount or annuity payout) We now purchase our tickets in states that allow the choice of either a lump-sum payout or an annuity payout option.

Both PowerBall and MegaMillions allow jackpot winners to select their preferred payout method within a pre-determined period from a jackpot win, the first being the annuity payout, and the second being a smaller, lump-sum payout. The lump-sum payout amount is indicated on our various home pages in the main display area for PowerBall and MegaMillions that list the current jackpot sizes.

The payout structure for the two US Multi-State lottery annuities work as follows: The PowerBall quoted jackpot amount is paid as an annuity over 29 years. Its immediate cash value to the winner is close to, but less than, half the advertised amount of the prize. The actual ratio depends on projected interest rates and other factors. MUSL starts with the cash value, built from a percentage of sales (currently 30%) and then calculates the advertised Jackpot amount from that value based on the average costs of the three best securities bids. The annuity is then paid out accordingly. The MegaMillions quoted jackpot amount is determined and paid out in a similar fashion, but the payout is structured over 26 years. As your ticket purchasing agent, we claim the prize on your behalf, and all relevant deductions and calculations take place prior to the prize remittance to you.

Each lottery has a specific cut-off time in order to allow us to complete purchases in due time. Naturally, however, it is always best to purchase as early as possible as the sites can become rather slow when many customers leave their ticket purchasing to the last minute. This varies from one lottery to another. In the case of the UK Lottery, there is a maximum of three rollovers. After a triple rollover, the unwon jackpot is distributed amongst the next tier winners.

The EuroMillions lottery can roll over many more times. However, if the jackpot is not won on the twelfth successive week (i.e., eleven rollovers), then the jackpot prize is "rolled down" by distributing it between winners of the next level instead of rolling it forward again.

The PowerBall, MegaMillions and SuperEnalotto lotteries have no cap to the amount of times a rollover can take place. These lotteries will roll over until won.

Major prizes can be claimed on behalf of PlayUKinternet subscribers the following business day. Physical settlement to our subscribers is made within 10 days receipt of instructions to pay out. When winning smaller amounts, most customers prefer either to replay their winnings at discounted rates, or retain their winnings in their account balance until substantial enough to send a withdrawal request.

You will initially be notified of your winnings in your results mail. At this point, all winnings are held in check awaiting your instruction. You can either update your ACCOUNT BALANCE with your winnings, choose to CONVERT TO VOUCHERS, or withdraw the funds as winnings.
