The PlayEuroMillions.com A1 GP Promotion shall hereafter be referred to as "the Promotion."

The Prize is a hospitality package to the A1 GP for 2 (two), including hotel accommodation in Gauteng, South Africa and return flights to and from a major airport within South Africa.

The Promotional Period is between 27th of January to the 18th of February 2009.

The Prize Draw will take place on the 18th of February 2009.

To receive an entry into the Prize Draw Players must meet the Minimum Qualification Requirements - Purchase a minimum of 1 ticket at www.playeuromillions.com and click on the ACCEPT button on the landing page). Once a Player has met the Minimum Qualification Requirements he or she will be entered into the Prize Draw. Each additional EuroMillions ticket purchased will constitute an additional entry into the Promotion.

Players are only permitted to win one Prize during the Promotion.

The Prize winners will be notified via telephone within 2 (two) days of the Prize Draw.

Should a Designated Winner not confirm his Prize within 1 (One) Hour of the phone call envisaged above, the Designated Winner shall forfeit any right to claim the Prize. A new winner shall thereafter be chosen and notified of such fact within 1 (one) hour of a new Prize Draw. The new Designated Winner shall have 1 (one) hour following the phone call envisaged above to claim the Prize failing which the new Designated Winner shall forfeit any right to claim a Prize. The Prize Draw process shall continue at similar intervals and subject to the same terms and conditions until a new winner claims the Prize.

PlayUKinternet.com management's determination of the Designated Winner shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into in this regard.

The Designated Winner hereby agrees that his or her first name may be used in any publicity material by PlayUKinternet.com.

The Designated Winner also agrees that a model may be used to represent him or her in any publicity material by the PlayUKinternet.com.

Employees of PlayUKinternet.com, its proprietor and agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this Promotion.

The standard terms and conditions of PlayUKinternet.com apply to this Promotion. Insofar as there may be any conflict between the terms of this Promotion and PlayUKinternet.com's standard terms and conditions, these Promotion specific terms and conditions shall prevail but only to the extent that the terms and conditions conflict with one another. In all other instances these Promotion specific terms and conditions are complimentary and additional to the PlayUKinternet.com's standard terms and conditions.

The Prize shall be delivered to the Designated Winner "as is". Neither PlayUKinternet.com nor its proprietors or their associated companies or agents warrant or hold out that the Prize is or shall be of merchantable quality or fit for the purposes for which it is intended.

The Prize will include transportation tickets, airport and port taxes, accommodation (on a bed and breakfast basis), transfers to and from the airport for the Designated Winner and his or her chosen travel partner, but excludes anything not expressly included, the costs for travel documents (e.g. passports), visas, inoculations and travel and health insurance, and spending money.

Neither PlayUKinternet.com nor its proprietors or their associated companies or agents are or shall be liable to the Designated Winner, his/ her family members, the Designated Winner’s chosen travel partner or third parties for any damage, damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive), injury, death, loss or costs for or from any cause whatever and however arising as a result of the Prize, participation therein by the Designated Winner, his/ her chosen travel partner or any third party or the use thereof.
